For a healthy meal plan: You should have an increasing or decreasing diet. An increasing plan is to have a small breakfast, medium sized lunch, and a larger dinner. A decreasing plan would be most preferable. A decresing plan would be a reversed version of an increasing plan. That means: big breakfast, medium sized lunch, and a smaller dinner with a small snack at around 7pm (never after). Breakfast should never be eaten before 7am unless you wake up an hour early, then eat when you plese. Meals should be evenly spaced apart or at least with a set time to eat said meal at a certain time. (If you are looking at how to eat better for weight loss reasons, that will have its own section)
